Rejecting an offer. What’s the best way to do it? Love their work, the interviews but $ is not enough to justify the move. Help. 🙏

Just be honest, respectful and straight to the point. If they get offended, then they’re jerks. “Hey so and so recruiter, just wanted to say thank you for the generous offer and all of your time. I love your agency’s work, but I don’t think the compensation is enough for me to make a move right now. Appreciate your consideration, have a good day.” And then if they really want you, they may come back with more $$$. You never know.

I’ve always maxed out my HSA. Have new plan options for 2022, almost identical for deductibles,copays, etc. First is completely covered by employer but no HSA contribution. Second would be $1680 premium for the year but comes with $2k HSA contribution form employer. Which would offer the better tax savings benefits? When I signed my initial contract one of the terms that is in it is unlimited PTO. In that section it says it’s subject to change with company policy but that was a signing term. Upon starting I was informed that yes the company did have a companywide unlimited PTO policy but my specific job title was excluded from it. Is this normal???
