Whole Foods hot bar: paleo section (chicken thighs, charred cabbage, asparagus, etc) or roast veggies from any section (Asian broccoli) or rotisserie chicken. Sometimes there’s good random stuff - had picadillo the other day from the hot food bar
Omelette can work but you could always go the lettuce bun burger route at either shake shack or the deli
Shack stack no bun
Whole Foods: depends from store to store, but there should be something whether Bbq, salad bar, build your own taco (just take the bowl and fill with meats, guac, etc. if nothing more, the espresso bar will do that “bulletproof” coffee w/the kerrygold+coconut oil
Deli: get an omelette, bunless burger, tuna salad, etc.
If you have a Shake Shack, there’s definitely more in your city. What about restaurants available through delivery apps?
My breakfast order is a spinach omelet with extra spinach and cheese with half an avocado on the side. All with pink salt.

Whole Foods, get a block of feta or mozzarella, some cherry tomatoes and some salami. Chop, add salt and pepper and enjoy
