Offers at all 3 at manager level. Comp lowest at S&. EYP and OW are even. Would say strongest backgrounds were also by far OW and EYP. S& mentioned regular weekend work and 1am nights standard so leaning EYP or OW

Love my team at work, strongly dislike upper & don't believe the leadership is there (and grossly underpaid). Been offered a job elsewhere with a ~30% increase in salary. What is one to do?

How much is the salary package for Senior system engineer for 3 years of experienced professional.

I’m not too familiar with the NYC market, pls help. Interviewing for a senior copywriter role at a healthcare agency. Was told the avg salary for the role is 85-90. Seems low, right? If we get to an offer stage, what should I be shooting for? 6 years experience.

I have recently given interview at Infosys for senior lead analyst role. I have submitted all the documents. It’s been 10 days I have not received the offer letter. Could anyone tell if it usually takes this much time to release an offer?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Employer is 100% sponsoring MPH and decided to take it to further expand network and it's decent (T20). Wondering if Epidemiology or Healthcare Management would be a better concentration? How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I want to put in at least a two week notice, but will continuing my work after that be weird?

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.
