Sound like he has a lover in Scottsdale. I’d cover it up with an over the top LinkedIn post too 😂
"Keep going ❤️"
What I hate the most about this is that I would destroy and humiliate the guy in the comment sections, but I cannot because I want to keep my job. Worst social network ever made
Are you me

I would stay home for my non-existent dog having an imaginary sickness than fly to Scottsdale
What’d wrong with Scottsdale?

🤮 guarantee he took more time to write this post than to call and support his wife and child. Workaholic culture needs to stop.
Yikes. I can’t believe he sat down to write and post this Toxic brag
God I’m glad I work at a firm that would never make me do this

I just would never have posted that 🫣 Like, just why share this on LinkedIn.
To have others validate he “made the right decision” cause he probably feels like an idiot (cause he is)

I’m all for inspiration, informative thoughts, and helping people through the work week, but LinkedIn is quickly becoming not it for that.
It’s not enough that there are the marketing influencers who try to present themselves as business coaches, the executive leadership coaches who haven’t worked anywhere professional in their lives, and the temp recruiters who suddenly have career pivot wisdom to be shared in the most cringest of cringe forms.
Nope, now we got these types who can’t read a room, want to turn a bad situation into all about them posting whatever virtue they think they are signaling openly and wantonly.
LinkedIn is rapidly being filled with misthought leadership. Bleh.
If I didn’t need LinkedIn to keep track of my hundreds of former students, current clients, and good friends, I’d have deleted my account years ago, and we’ll before MS bought it. The feed including the ridiculous ads is the worst tripe ever.
There are so many people passing themselves off as leadership gurus, “thought leaders” and SMEs, that I want to shout out like an ‘80s Valley Girl, “gag me with a spoon!”
In fairness to those fakes, I look back at my younger self, and can’t believe that I thought I knew what I was talking about 20 years ago, or 10 years ago, even. What I have experienced and had to do to be effective as a leader beginning about 9 years ago and accelerating through this year is an order of magnitude greater than what I had to before. I now know the leaders I’ve worked and admire get quieter as they get older and more accomplished: the results really do speak for themselves.

Craziest thing about it is that he stopped to tell strangers about it on social media rather than intently focusing on whatever was so important and getting his ass back home.
Sociopath,
I’m speechless

These stupid posts are getting even stupider
Fast forward 26 years. This man can’t retire due to mounting medical debt his son has racked up. He is forced to take another job. Despite his old age, he is confident as he steps into his interview. As he walks in to the interview room he sees a familiar face. It’s his son…”have a seat, father. Tell me about a time you made a great sacrifice?”
Out of nowhere, Cats In The Cradle by Harry Chapin starts to play…
Is this the plot of the new Dharr Mann video
And he also saved money for the company by cooking chicken with coffee pot.
Is it the same guy?
What are the comments like? Is he getting torched?

Ironically he’s the CEO of Top Wellness 😂
“Top Wellness is a US based national corporate wellness provider, offering turnkey programs that can drastically save healthcare costs, mitigate claim risk, and ensure continued organizational productivity”
What a self sabotaging post that goes against his own companies principles

Jesus this man is an insufferable narcissist, he’s claiming to be the victim and believes nothing was wrong with his post
Also he has other kids and is only NOW developing an appreciation for working parents? Clown.
Pro
Yeah developing an appreciation for working parents usually happens when one has their first child, this dude is incredibly late
It’s all for the likes. I’m sure his Instagram is similar
