Job sharing in professional services is becoming more common. Would it make sense to offer job sharing at the partner level? Benefits a) employee retention (including women 30+ that often choose family over Partner track), b) more available Partner spots which increases retention, c) work life balance, d) 2 vs 1 partner tapping into their network to sell, e) 50% comp but ideally 6 months off.
