Odd. I’ve only seen people get exactly 38k but I suppose that range is reasonable too
I just left KPMG a few months ago and I was a project manager in transformation delivery. I also had 7 yoe, was a senior making about $115k. They promote very slowly internally, so I’d push for manager or you’ll be stuck as a senior for another 4-5 years
Yeah I gotcha haha. I made more than the manager I worked with and had to tell them they needed to leave if they wanted money.
Left as a first year manager to Accenture for like a 50k raise

You have to say the level. Managers in consulting are usually program managers. Seniors are usually project managers. They get funny with the experience. Sometimes ppl with a lot of exp will get conned into coming as a senior. So level is important
