I am working in fractal analytics at Gurugram location for 35 LPA with 9 years of experience. Now i got two offers as a Data Engineer from UBS and SAP Labs. Could you guys please help me to decide the better choice. I am having my joining date in next week.

SAP LABS (Bangalore) - >45 fixed + 5 lakhs variable + 4 lakhs sign on bonus

UBS (Pune) -> 45 Fixed + 2.2 Lakhs Bonus

Big 4 partners, can you provide any insights into the Partner v MD decision when you were up? Were you given the option? Can you share the pros v cons, especially from salary and pension standpoint.

Just realized excel has a new feature to analyze data in excel. Do you think this will impact the need/want for data analysts? Will the compensation go down or do you think it’ll have no impact?

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Eventually I have decided not to stay back and join the new company. So is there any risk in the new company as I have shared the offer letter with old company. I am already in notice period.

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.
