Does running actually ruin your knees or is that just a myth?

48/M, average health. Few weeks ago I had a seizure out of the blue. First time ever, no family history. At the hospital given lots of tests: MRI, CT, EKG, EEG, blood/urine/COVID tests. Everything came back normal. Since hospital discharge I’ve seen cardiologist and wore halter monitor for a week. All good. Have neurologist appointment next month but afraid no one knows why this happened. In the meantime no one wants me to drive a car. Can this happen again? Can anyone relate to this situation?

For those who have been very afraid and are still very afraid of the virus, what are your thoughts on nearly all Covid restrictions being lifted in even the most bluest of states and cities? Lost? I’m genuinely curious.

My wife is around 3 months pregnant. Doctor has recommended Irospan. And my insurance says they don’t cover it. And it is coming aroun 695$ without insurance, I found good Rx coupon which comes around 200$. Does anyone have better suggestions to check for coupons? I’m on the high side of the BMI scale and really want to prioritize healthy movement. Not ready to formally go back to the gym or do fitness group classes inside (both from a covid mentality and feeling uncomfortable due to size). Started walking more and incorporating some cardio videos, thinking of getting a machine for my apartment (bike, elliptical, etc.)…any recommendations of best machine to incorporate or additional fitness ideas?

My neighbour works in a local grocery store, so he has been at work since the Day 1 of lockdown.
