Partner Interview (6th interview).
Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.
11 YOFE
He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
qualified for).Deloitte

There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Just had my back to back to back interviews with Deloitte USDC, I felt like my scenario based went extremely well and my behavioral just average. If anyone could provide some insight on how long it took for them to get back to you as well as who makes the hiring decision to ease my mind a bit that would be awesome!

Money is lower on my tier of importance. Do you feel like you’ll like what you’ll do ? How about flexibility and PTO ? If all of those are better and they throw in more money than you’re making right now. Jump immediately.
Gotta love that public time off
I have the skills. Came from sales. Just would never ever NEVER want to be a partner.
...take it, or stay longer? Thoughts?
🙄
Hmmm. Eye roll bc?
Were you approached or were you looking for other opportunities?
Do you see yourself on a partner path? If yes stay, if no run with it 🌪
Recruiter. And PTO is important to me too. He’s going to try to get them to match my public time off. And no, I do not see myself on the partner track.
Take it for the money or continue building that EY capital for something better?
How can you tell if you’re on the partner track as a senior 1?
SEC reporting sucks balls but that's my two cents. I'd never voluntary want to do that yea you'll never have to reconcile or book entries but you'll live in financial statements for life
D1... you can. Can you see yourself doing this for that long, do you think you can grow technically, do you have sales skills to bring business... don’t tell me you don’t have an idea after a couple of years
