Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

Any update on salary range for an SM or what you were able to negotiate? I’m currently applying for an SM roles.
Lots of us inside the firm disagree with the hiring process. We have a desperate need to hire people, lots of open positions, but it's slow and they do things like this.
EY1 it's more that I don't know anything about their comp structure. I can toss a number out but I have no basis for it other than thinking I may be currently underpaid. Would I leave for 100% more? Absolutely. Would I leave for 10% more? Unlikely. If the pay range is 30 - 50% more? That gives me something to think about so we don't waste each other's time.
As someone who tends to undervalue themselves, it's like asking how much I'm willing to pay for a drink versus telling me what the drink costs, then allowing me to decide if I want to purchase it or not.
