Could anyone kindly tell me about the Investment Management and Private Equity Audit Group at Deloitte? 1. Work Life Balance (Is it worst than the ordinary Big 4 WLB?) 2. Is it an entirely different audit from commercial/retail audits (think account balances etc.) 3. Difficult to learn how to audit clients in this industry without prior experience in the industry?(been doing commercial audits for 3 years) 4. Are there relatively good exit opportunities for this audit group? Deloitte PwC EY

There seems to be quite a few people in here looking to join a startup.
We're a mature aerospace impact startup (in Switzerland) pre launch for a new platform to engage and empower passangers in order to accelerate sustainability in aviation. Our product website is www.adaption.me and company website is www.optimaero .ai.
If you're interested in joining us, and you think you have skills that suit our business, you could drop me a speculative application by email at hello@OptimAero.ai.

At a high level, I think people generally put too much stock in the series that a startup is at.
Risk right now comes down to fundamentals…does the business have a clear business model with strong adoption? If they’re not profitable, is the tech/model actually innovative, and do they have the runway to get to profitability (and a plan to get there)?
There are series A startups that have really good basics and a business model that will carry them through times where VC money is not as readily available. Then there are Series F and beyond startups where they never really got to a business model that works, and have had their life extended by VCs. There are public companies that are no longer startups that also are risky.
You have to ask yourself—do you believe in the company and their product? Startups are inherently riskier than established industry players at a basic level, so figure out if a given company meets your risk tolerance, then commit.
Appreciate the insight. This is helpful
