Signed offer with McKinsey three weeks ago and submitted all the documents for the background check right away. Still, no news and they don't answer to my follow up emails. Should I be worried?
Also, I haven't even been asked for diplomas or transcripts yet, for the H1B transfer...
How long did the background check take for you? How long did it take them to start the visa transfer process?

I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. Management knows but does nothing about it. He really is a nice guy so it’s hard to hate him but I’m gonna lose it sooner or later.
