I’m still open to sr cw positions (the work just isn’t good at current gig) so should I not update my LinkedIn? I don’t want to limit myself to acd positions b/c I don’t have a book that lives up to it yet. Will recruiters not reach out about sr jobs if I update to acd/ places not think I’m serious about sr jobs if I apply as an acd?

I jad an interview on 2nd August, 2022 and on 17th August, 2022. I received an email stating that interviewer is moving up your profile and contact a person email id for further information.
Since that day I haven't heard anything from the HR. I had called HR several times but no response from calls as well as mails too.

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Other than partner track, salary/benefits, and switching from coverage to general comm lit, what qualities of the move should I be thinking about as I weigh my options? I've never worked at another firm.
