I'm 32, and just started making 80k base. You're very fortunate, OP.
Median US Household income is $54,462, so...
It's pretty hard to be bummed out about making 90K at 24, but congrats for figuring out a way I guess
At 24 not sure how you could complain...top 1% for age I'm sure
Your humble brag is unbearable. You had to have known 24 is insanely young SC
Thanks D2. Was not using this as one of those posts to start a pissing contest, just genuinely curious
You could have easily solved your anxiety with Google.....also your promiscuity.
You're good. Keep pushing forward.
P1 no troll intentions taken.... P2 on the other hand
P2 yeah if I googled it I could've got an answer of 55k median income or something close to whatP1 posted but I'm asking an audience with different standards. That was the point of the question and comparison
Didn't make in the 90's until I was 27. At 24 I was making maybe mid 60's. You're good.
Definitely good for 24. As a related aside, how has no one asked which firm has 24 y/o SCs...!?? 😳
Haha D2 valid question. We start at consultant not analyst, so at D I'd only be a consultant at this point
Yeah humble brag nonetheless. 24 year old at Deloitte would typically be a 2nd year Anatoly, making 75-80k on average
I was making around 60 k at your age. I'm 29 now, you're in very good place
This is the thread with salary and age data. http://joinfishbowl.com/N4jn/OAzfDq7W8v
Thank you sir
That's very good OP! Someone put up a formula in the salary thread a week ago that calculated your estimated salary at the given age. IIRC, 24's estimated salary was about 85k.
P1 I realize that, but I think since the majority of those that use that App have done pretty well for themselves and you're comparing yourself to what you read on here it almost feels like it's a different standard
I know, totally understand. I think about it quite often, but that number puts it a bit into context. Wasn't trying to be a troll.
