..get an extension on meeting the minimum? Or having the fee count toward the spend requirement?

Go do manufactured spend. Look it up.

Good luck. They tend to be very inflexible.

It’s too late, they’re 4+ months in already.

She could try playing the senior citizen card...but I wouldn’t expect to get the bonus

Did she purchase the CSR with the CSR itself? No, so prepare for that rebuttal and there’s no reason for them to clarify that the fee doesn’t count toward the minimum. Easy/mindless mistake to make though, so I don’t blame her.

Newly minted consultant here looking for financial advice.

So I just moved to consulting after B school, and It's more money than I've made my entire life. After paying for rent and living expenses, I have 6000$ left over every month. My student loan payments are about 1200/month at 7% interest. I still owe another 95K on my loan. I have the option to pay more every month and reduce my overall interest paid.
Currently I put about 3000 towards my loan and 3000 towards my savings. Cont'd...

Joined Cibersites India Bangalore in Jan 2021 which is now htc global. There was no CTC revision with March 2022 salary, and so far, no news of CTC revision. I know employees working for over 24 months with no CTC revision. My question is are the appraisal formalities mere formalities? I'm unhappy about the pay structure. For a 65k PM CTC, I hardly get 52k in hand. With rising inflation, and no salary revisions, it's just going to be difficult. Tenured employees, please advise. 😥

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number.
