Not sure they got a pay-cut, it’s likely though, but definitely a Title/responsibility/leadership cut in my opinion. How do you feel about either pay-cuts or title cuts when transitioning industries? Does it worth the “cost(s)” if it is really the role you want to move to? (Looking at a possible exit opp, but most likely A or SrA. role at IB boutique, not higher)
