That very much depends on the questions being asked. If someone is asking questions that are substantive and show some insight, that's a positive. It's especially positive if the questions indicate that the person was alert and thinking during the interview. If the questions are shallow or frivolous it would be better not to ask them, to be honest.

Once time I completely rejected a candidate because he asked no questions. I gave him ample opportunity to, multiple times during the interview and I was flabbergasted as to why he was not even remotely curious about the job he was interviewing for.
