Yesss!! First, I love rotisserie chicken and Costco has the best ones! What was your marinade and cooking process? I love a good marinade but I normally do more of a garlic yogurt olive oil marinade. Would love to switch it up though!

Yes so all you gotta do is chop the chicken up to smaller pieces. Then the seasoning is a mixture of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, msg, and water. You add it to the chicken and simmer it until your desired thickness of the sauce. I would say the chicken taste better 2 days later after all the flavor seeps into the chicken but it’ll also be gone by then because it’s so good!
Oh I bet this was good too. How did you eat it OP? I would have thrown that over some rice and called it a night haha. I love using a rotisserie chicken because its so easy and they are so cheap. I don't have Cocsco near me so I will just run to Sams and grab one.
