You basically have 6 months to dick around and find a new job while getting paid haha I'm jealous
I would just try to stay until the end of busy season and apply for senior accountant positions since you would have had almost 2 years of experience
Chances are you weren't going to be promoted to senior regardless so moving on is probably the best after busy season.
Consider the action items from your PIP and work on them and ask for honest feedback bi-weekly so you can take that experience from EY. You can either improve and continue EY and worst case if not you then use that feedback then to help you in your next job. Are action items more people or quality? Consider if that area would impact next job and you may have same issues.
People would hate you bi-weekly!!
When applying and interviewing I assume I don't bring this up and say "I'm tired of the hours" etc.
I have my CPA too which will hopefully help
Oops twice a month!
Bi-weekly means both twice a week and twice a month. It's so dumb.
How do you get put on one

Was this after your mid year review? Are you on 10 degree?
Well if you can stick it out to the next level, you'll be worth a lot more when you want to jump ship. Otherwise you might hinder your career growth and whichever direction you go could be 1-2 more years behind and make less. Sometimes also consider its not the job, but the people you work with.
Industry positions
Senior or staff depending where you go but I don't think it'd be hard to land a senior role
Biweekly? Twice a week is excessive
I was like woah that would not help the situation 😂
