Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Do you do one-on-one's with your team very often? I think that in my experience, the best relationships I've had with managers have been when I've known them on a personal level. I'm way more invested in my job and in making my manager happy when I feel like they've taken an interest in me personally
I second this! When they feel safe and heard, staff members are much more communicative as well. Maybe give building a more friendly relationship with everyone a shot
Good suggestion. I haven’t this year…
Maybe ask for some kind of an agenda or topic for any meeting in the future? That way you can maybe take control of it but also let them have the time they need for whatever is on that agenda. I guess it could have been awkward for them too, but definitely worth trying to make it more productive for the next time.
I have a great supervisor! We have a morning meeting every morning to ask questions and for her to relay any information that has been updated and I also have a meeting once a week one on one and it has been the best thing ever! My supervisor appreciates us and tells us this every day! It makes us feel heard and appreciated!
