If this gets converted what should be a good salary range to negotiate with the HR?

You started 5 months into the fiscal year so it's not gonna be great.
Thanks. In general what’s the norm regarding bonus and raises?
I've personally seen anywhere from 0-9% for folks for non-promotion EOY raises. Bonuses are like 0-25% although a more reasonable expectation is 5-15% range. Our bonuses don't compare to non-consulting roles generally. For a personal example, I was the top rated CL8 on my project a few years ago and got 15% bonus. I work in Cloud Operations for the Civilian portfolio on a Diamond client.
Considering you just started I would not get my hopes up much about a raise, perhaps 4 or 5% depending. Bonus is also pretty low at that level too
Also, that's a great salary for an AM since you're an experienced hire. You're making more than some homegrown level 7s
My bonus my first year was $180. Taught me that bonuses shouldn’t be calculated into expected income.
