I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Always been that way. Not good to be a generalist. Hands on keys people do the best. IMHO.
I reckon generalists, geeks who are curious about a broad range of things and have long experience are just less common thesedays. That and, I think few people recognise the value of such versus specialists when hiring. New entrants will focus on specific tracks to get into the industry
I have SOC, SIEM, XDR, Linux, Sales Eng., CyberRange training bkgd but most job openings I see that aren't swamped w/ 100s or 1000s of rezs want very specific skillsets like devops, prog., IAM etc. that I only have modest exposure to.
