Stuck in big4
So, I started my career in 2019 when I didn’t even know what is cloud but by god grace a got a job as an cloud support engineer (Azure) where i got a lot of exposure about this field and later on i got promoted as an cloud consultant and then I switched to another company as azure devops engineer…. Everything was going great till then.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.

To those with your own firms, what are some good moves to make early in your career? Is it a good idea to get out of a niche practice and work for a small firm to work on more things for smaller companies for learning purposes even if it means a paycut?
Or, is having your own firm even worth it?

Fifth year labor and employment associate at Big4 L&E firm (think Littler) and am considering making a move into big law (think Jones Day, Goodwin, etc.) Any thoughts on if it’s worth it this late in my associate career? Also, do those big firms take 6-8 year L&E laterals?

However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now.
