Suggest me - I have offer DOJ Jan 5. I am interviewing with other company and it's taking time because of holidays and can schedule remaining interview round in that week and as I am immediate joiner they are also ready to counter offer that I have. What should I do? Also company is not ready to delay joining.

Currently I had interview with Capgemini . All rounds were good . I think I have answered all the questions correctly . It seems hiring manager is also interested. Now it has been 4 days , I didn't get any response .
Generally How much time they take . Or should I consider that my application is rejected because of CTC issue.

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

What's the current hiring situation at Google Silicon?
Are they becoming conservative compared to how they were a month or two ago in the compensation?

Can anyone offer advice for helping with adderall side effects? I was diagnosed a few months ago and I am new to medication. I have been taking 20 mg xr in the morning but have a terrible crash around 2/3pm each day where I just get very very tired. Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
