I’m at a late-stage startup right now and helping optimize their recruiting process. I’d love to hear your raw thoughts - what did you like/dislike at Series C-E startups where you’ve interviewed? Do you expect a live case / take-home case? What’s reasonable? Anything else?

Hello LTItes, i joined LTI a month back.
I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.
Can anyone please help me with this? I'm confused and scared.

Last Feb 26 I gave technical round interview at Infosys for CA and My application status is still showig review in progress I was not asked to submit any documents should I wait or forget about it ???

Usually how many days/weeks will take to get the interview final status. I have submitted all the docs in portal it shown as review in progress from a week. Not received any call fr hr

Nearly a four hour delay on United caused me to miss almost all of an interview. Lowly silver status. Is there any way for me to get recourse in the form of points/vouchers for the inconvenience?

I started a new job in May. I took a step down from Paralegal to Legal Asst. At my interview I was told that to them the title was interchangeable & I would be doing Paralegal work, especially considering that I knew how to do the heavy Paralegal work. But it’s been 6 months of tedious admin work & when I point out mistakes on pleadings, question case strategy or discovery methods, & suggest more effective ways to get things done, I get these weird looks or the brush off. What can I do?

Does anyone regret joining a boutique consulting firm? I signed with a startup out of college (spring 2020) whose founding partners were all partners/Sr leaders at a few T2s. Our firm is super small (dozen FTEs) but does really good work (we charge premium rates and work super cool projects). I’m just having second thoughts as exit opportunities aren’t as prevalent as I thought, the pay/benefits don’t match industry/risk of joint a startup, and I’m not getting the network of a Big4 or MBB
