Bowl Leader
I create new bowls.
I hit the gym and cook lol 😆
Ha ha. Same here. I walk like I’m not going to return home and will Uber back 😂😂
Alone time, hot bath, music, light some candles, drink tea.
I talk to friends. I post on FB (lol). I drink. I go to therapy. It depends.
I take a whole date to sulk and cry, go to sleep then the next day I feel more positive.
I hole up in my room with the cat, tell everyone (husband and teens) to fend for themselves and leave me alone, and watch some kind of chick flick while drinking sauvignon blanc. Every time.
Alone time. I've heard that stress lives in the vestibular system so car rides, bike ride, anything motion soothes. Ultimately time.
Def talk to people who love you and get it.
