I take my 5yo to the liquor store all the time. He’s a great DD.
Yeah you judge too much. Unless the kid was carrying a handle...
Way too much. I've been in a liquor store with my infant, and I've taken her to more than enough brewpubs and beer gardens. Of course, I'm also German, which is why I have a hard time understanding the US attitude toward alcohol to start out with.
Did you see me in BevMo an hour ago?
Way too much. You probably would have judged more had you seen a kid sitting in a car alone in a liquor store
Judge ye on the type of liquor being purchased instead of the presence of offspring.
Took my baby to a brewery today
Are you serious. Way too judgey. In fact I’d Ho the other way and judge parents who
Sheltered their kids from the liquor store as being a bit weird
Running in for a fifth? Or buying 6 plastic handles of vodka? A bit of a difference
I'm judging you for even being in a liquor store. 😆😆😆
I’m Mormon. Thanks for judging me that I’d be judging you. I actually catch more judgement cause I don’t drink. Drink what you want man. I could care less. I agree with M1. As long as you don’t leave your kid in the car. That’d be messed up.
I would agree. What’s wrong with it? As long as they get older you teach responsibility. You’ve never had a drink I front of your kids?
Huh? Can't get drink via osmosis.
I have a drinking problem? F*ck you, Peck! You're a Mormon! Next to you, we all have a drinking problem!
SA1 - it was a funny quote from the movie "Burn After Reading"...no judgment intended
I take my 2 year old to the weekend spirit/wine tasting at the local store (grocery stores have very limited licenses here). Everyone knows his name at the store and it's a fun outing for the both of us (they have small shopping carts that he likes to ride in). He knows alcohol is for mommies and daddies and I like to think taking away the taboo aspect of it will make him not go crazy when he is older (in addition to a lot of other conversations/discussions)
Better in the store than outside in the car, alone. Though I would leave them at home given the choice (2.5 yr old twins are a handful)
I take my kids to the brewery all the time. Don’t judge, just live a little
