Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.

@Recruiter 1 - both the other day when I interviewed. I’m not sure if they’re interviewing other ppl, etc but considering my interactions with the recruiter herself, I may not know anything anytime soon.
I’m giving it a week, CR1. For her to catch up internally.

Yikes. How long has it been since you’ve heard back from the recruiter?
@recruiter 1 - a week. Last week she asked for avails for Tuesday (tomorrow) and after I chose a time hasn’t replied. I’m hoping she doesn’t assume that means we’re all set. That would be nuts right?
Maybe she/he is sick
@CR 1 - you could be right. My concern is more that I’m expected to show up tomorrow without having received confirmation.
