I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

I will. You’re awesome, thank you!
I love this thread.
Sounds about right.
Was supposed to say "seems" but you got it
@cw2 - that’s exactly what I’m worried will happen.
I’m sorry you didn’t get that job, and maybe this recruiter will cause me to lose out on this one. Maybe we should think about it this way - If the agency’s recruiter is this incompetent then maybe the team is just as disorganized and would be terrible to work with. I know, that doesn’t help much, but thinking about it with wine might.
OP: any response yet? I’m stressing for you, if that makes you feel any better
@recruiter 1 - you are seriously awesome! Nothing yet, but I will keep you posted. Thank you for sharing the stress!
OP: I know as a PM this chaos must be driving you nuts!
Is your interview really for today? And they just got back to you?
Full transparency: I’ve done this before when I was working way beyond normal human capacity, but I was super honest to everyone and rescheduled the interview to give my candidate enough time to prepare. We’re all human and mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for being dishonest about it and potentially causing someone to lose out on a job or not be fully prepared.
OP: funny thing - I just got sort of scolded in another bowl/post for commenting too much lately. So there’s that
Thanks OP. I truly appreciate that
Thanks ACD1 ❤️
In the same boat, OP. I don’t know if they’re making decisions or if it’s the beginning of being ghosted 🙄 Good luck to you, hope you make it!
ACD1 when did you last hear from the recruiter/agency?
Met with the CCO last Wednesday. Followed up with the recruiter the day after, she said she was going to catch up with him hopefully Friday.
ACD1 just email the recruiter if you haven't already.
A week with no update is a loooong time. I get it, things get busy and it can be easy to not get back to someone. I typically tell people in the process that if you don’t hear back from me by (blank date) then hit me up for an update
Since recruiters are not very honest, at least in LA, I think you are justified in telling them you are giving them a courtesy call because you're about to take an offer somewhere else. If you're about to walk away anyway it's smart poker and just deserts for the recruiter. (single s in deserts intentional)
I guess there’s an answer in no answers.
ACD1 - no response from the recruiter?
Nope.
@ACD 1-you’re too good for them.
