I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. Although I have neglected my morning practice this week, I'm practicing self compassion with positive self talk.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her.
