Layoff in IQVIA?
@iqvia
Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! How ddb got to lay off people of there's no one there?
Isn't it too early in the quarter for this shit?
And there’s no vacation accrued at the start of the year
and delayed so the packages are taxed at the lower corporate income tax rate...

I think the agencies didn’t want to do this the week before Xmas. someone has a soul.
It’s never too early :’)
Why is this? Is it cause the mom & pop shops are getting more business and/or the larger agencies are fragmented in their solutions for clients?
i think it’s fragmentation of the space and fees getting lower and lower for smaller scopes of work.
Some here too
It’s a 4th layoff. Delayed because the severance then hits in 2018. Makes the numbers look better
Super bad outlook based on this because usually financial people like to start the year with a smaller payroll if they can and if scopes are worked out in time. My guess is this means a few things: scopes weren’t signed before the end of year when they should have been, they came in lower than expected, and future profit projections are tighter so they are trying to manage with less where they can. Not a good sign for the rest of the year
I heard VML too
Facebook and Google are doing fine. Thanks for asking
Never too early.

Ah you fixed it.
Was this across the board or specific departments or accounts?
