Hi fishes good morning. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All

This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback.
