Are your earrings big diamond studs?
As a staff 8+ years ago I had studs. No one cared. I’m sure the older ppmd might’ve found it odd but they have since retired. I no longer wear studs out of laziness (also don’t spend the time styling my hair like I used too…. and am now married and 20lbs heavier. The joys of aging lol)
