Anyone doing market cap analysis to identify growth opportunity? Still new to crypto but seeing how certain investments are hyped I don't see what the realistic growth is without massive investment.

Preface that given the pandemic, anything goes.
Outside of a pandemic, that depends on your goals. If you’re trying to fast track student debt payoff, sure. Do it. Beyond 2-3 years though, I started to side eye anyone still living at home. Yes, there’s a cost to living solo or with a roommate, but it’s a valuable experience too. You learn a lot when you’re forced to handle things yourself (not to mention independence has plenty of perks too).
Secret for you director. Nobody cares if you side eye them cause your opinion is not relevant to everyone around you!! Even before pandemic, people may have reasons to live at home some important, and some just cause they don’t have a solid roommate option and they like saving money. So keep your sideye to yourself
Based on your personal preference - don’t let others tell you when the right time is. Everyone will have different answers based on their personal situations
Rising Star
No one (worth your while) cares.
You’re 23-25 at the start of a lucrative career path, currently making good money, and financially aware. As long as everything else about you is good to go (physical, mental, and emotional health), then all is good.
Assuming you have a good relationship with your parents, move out when you feel like it.
Have you asked your parents what they prefer?
I moved home to quarantine for the pandemic and literally never want to move back out. I’m 26. I could see myself chilling another year rent free here given all the uncertainty in the world. Also wayyy nicer having a house and office and yard while working from home than being in an apartment with roommates also wfh. Just do whatever you want and aligns to your goals. Nobody really cares.
Live at home as long as you can and sock away as much money as you can!
Move out when you either get kicked out or feel like you’ve saved enough to set yourself up for success.
Do not forget to reciprocate back to your parents. Stay as long as it works for both of you.
Rising Star
I moved out right after college, but many of my friends still live with the rents. I enjoy not being questioned for things (staying out late, leaving a b@ng on the table, lol).
I’m sure my friends that stayed home have a heck of a lot more money than me, but I’ll have the memories/experiences of living in a large city through most of my 20’s.
Do it. I wish I stayed longer and saved more. You can always visit friends or get an Airbnb when you get tired of being with them.
