Any good crime books that you would recommend?
Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

Obvi I have no experience as a PPMD, but I think it definitely has some merit.
Less air cover, sales targets, no control over BD/investment dollars, no real decision making authority, high cost to firm with little/no “job protection”, delivery responsibility, relatively high chargeability targets
Yes, pressure to deliver, manage, sell, and do practice development simultaneously. Is only possible if you can delegate and grow others.
Depends if you are trying to make partner or not. SM is actually a pretty cushy job if you’re only looking to stay for a few more years.
It’s so much harder than M. Little top cover, P&L responsibility, yet still need to produce day to day with the team.
Tricky in what sense?
In a nutshell : you deal with all the crap minus the actual authority and it’s sink or swim
Agree with all the above and would add it's financially worse than SC or M on a $/hr basis.
