Hi, I got a offer from HCL stating that joining within a month. As per my company policy - 60 days NP. I tried a lot for buyout option and leave adjustment in my current company. I didn't get any positive response. I'm in a confused state. Could anyone help me with suggestions. ThanksCognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture Infosys Wipro

Wouldn’t waste your pto. For us it’s just a 40 hour requirement not an 8 hours per day one.
Wrong. That’s not how it works.
Roll your time from weekend and post to Thursday and Friday instead of using pto
This depends on your company’spolicy. I say you should not have to use PTO because you met your 40 but they may not allow that. If they don’t I would think long and hard about giving any more weekends.
Depends on whether you are concerned about submitting and accurate time sheet or not

At my firm you'd be required to take fto
Don’t take PTO
Prolly not ethical but just bill to tomo and Friday instead
I’d keep the PTO and just leave the days blank personally if I was already past 40. But guess it depends on the firm. EY has unlimited PTO and goals against charged hours, so doesn’t really matter. If your firm is strict with it, then just follow the policy.
