Timelines for FY22 year end hikes and bonuses are out now for GDS on intranet

1) 22 July- counsellor will get your finalised year end form
2)22 July to 23 August- counsellor will communicate you your lead category /promotion/progression result
3)with August end salary we will get our variable bonus (letter communication for bonus might come somewhere August end)
4)early September promotions would be revealed
5) new hike would be revealed end of September and new hike wud start frm 1 October

Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only.. Any thoughts?

I am new to EY. How to check one's exact designation in the system (I am a senior, but want to know whether it's SCon1/2/3?

Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.
