Focus on the positive aspects of your job (even if there aren't many lol), the good people you interact with, any successes you’ve had that day, or even simply the fact that it's almost quitting time! Reminding yourself of these positives helps boost morale and gives you something to look forward to throughout the day.
Make sure you take regular breaks throughout the day. Find a quiet space away from your desk or your workspace and take a few minutes to clear your mind and relax. This will help reduce stress levels and keep you focused.
Take deep breaths throughout the day. When feeling overwhelmed or anxious, taking 10-15 slow, deep breaths may help you clear your mind and get back in control. It helps me a lot on the worst days
Stay hydrated and nourished. Drinking plenty of water and eating nutritious food can provide energy when feeling fatigued or drained. Also, try avoiding sugary snacks as they may temporarily make you feel better but could also cause a crash later on in the day. And avoid alcohol while working. It will make everything a lot worse
One of the best things you can do is to take regular breaks throughout the day and focus on deep breathing exercises during those times. Also, try to stay organized and set realistic goals for yourself each day. Make sure to give yourself rewards after completing tasks so that you can stay motivated and keep your spirits high.
