I am going to have the final HR round with 6sense for Adoption Consultant role. I have 3.5 years of experience in Salesforce and Leadsquared as a senior business analyst. Before the interview, I told the HR that my current package is 16 and my expectation is anything above this.

Communication is such a familiar topic that it’s rarely studied, but the first thing to notice is that “valuable” speaking comes from “valuable” listening. Think about a time you said something particularly insightful, it was how you listened that allowed for this. Listening is a much more creative act than most of us realize. This is an easy fix, and more importantly it’s my passion. I have lots of tools I’m happy to share but for now, I pulled this:

Practice. Practice and exposure therapy are what help.
You can practice on your own, just talk through meeting discussions beforehand or afterward (saying what you would have liked to say in the moment)
You can also prep with someone, especially if you know what you are going to be talking about.
Also, don't be afraid to slow down a little when you're speaking to give yourself time to choose your words and organize your thoughts.

Oh! Also, congratulations on the promotion! The access to confidence is preparation and self awareness. It sounds like you’ve got the latter part down.
You can start with writing a script, you can even use Google voice to type it for you and make it faster. If it’s something you need to do write away still take time to prepare and write bullet points. Also breath work before any presentations or big meetings. Remember you are there because your thoughts and work is needed.
