I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

It’s not. Saved you 10 days.
Rising Star
I’m not even staffed, what a misguided comment
Going sightseeing is not going to give you a picture of the homeless, drug, and political situation of SF.
Spend some time walking at night through the residential areas. Eat, shop, observe the extra fees on your receipts.
Spend some time around the transit centers during rush hour (civic center station, cal train station)
Homeless people, taxes, lunatic politicians, and wildfires.
LOL
Check out the Tenderloin in SF.
But seriously try the 101 coast south down through Carmel, Big Sur. Or take it north from SF through wine country. Every direction has its own gems.
It’s good if you can accept the cost. Weather in LA, OC and SD is some of the best in the world. I’ve lived on both coasts and it’s hard for me to leave CA.
You need to watch all 400+ episodes of California's Gold with Huell Howser. Comprehensive review of all things you can visit. 😂😂😂
I’d say NorCal is for hiking, vineyards, big views and SoCal is for beaches. If you’re near Monterey, the 17 mile drive is a must and the 101 going south. Without typing up an essay I’d say really try to find out where the best of each thing is and don’t waste time doing it twice. For example, i would not go to La beaches if you’re driving through Laguna

Good overview here. I’ll add that both are great for food and beer. You’ll need a car in SoCal but can get around without in the Bay (having a car will make Napa/Muir Woods much easier though)
if you are in SF, be sure to walk around the suburbs. Walking from mission through t Haight ashbury via the Castro can give you a pretty good idea of how fast the city changes and how lovely it can be in parts. If you spend your time in downtown (literally haven’t been there in a year) or fisherman’s wharf it’s going to be hard to get a feel of the city
Just spent a week of pto in SF. If you're a foodie there are some great michelin star restaurants. Some things I did: Muir Woods, Monterey/carmel (aquarium, 17 mile drive, whale watching), mission (great food and bars. Urban putt was fun for minigolf); haight Ashbury (shopping); castro ( famous pride flag and cute gay neighborhood with some cool stores); Fisherman's wharf/umbrella alley/ghiradelli/embarcadero/ferry building (more touristy areas. Ferry building has some good restaurants and also a dandelion chocolate location); Hayes Valley (shopping and restaurants on Hayes street); Japan town (kitschy japanese shopping); cal academy or exploratorium for museums; golden gate park; lands end for hiking; Church of 8 wheels (skating rink in a church); Magic Patio (sort of speakeasy magic show). For ice cream bi-rite creamery and garden creamery were pretty good in the Mission. Smitten and Salt & Straw are also famous.

Don’t come to Texas, it’s bad here. Stay in CA and be happy.

Yep stay away! We’re all ignorant down here and definitely don’t want you here!

IMHO San Diego >> if you can make it work.
Aside from the typical recommendations (La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Gaslamp, etc) I’d recommend climbing Mt. Soledad (you drive up most of the way, then a short walk) and going up to Del Mar (Rendezvous across from the L’Auberge was my favorite) for good food and beautiful sunset views over the ocean.
Nah SD sucks no one come here. Stay in texas
Highly recommend as many beaches/beach towns as possible from Dana Point to Santa Monica. They are all gorgeous in different ways and it's hard not to fall in love. If you're in LA at all, check out Griffith Observatory, do the short hike to the top of Griffith Park for sunset, then go check out an LA rooftop bar or lounge.
You can spend 10 days in Norcal alone - wine country, yosemite, tahoe, north beach/marina/nob hill, berkeley, palo alto, and santa cruz all have some appeal justifying a visit.
