Tricked.....again! I️ keep winding up in situations where I’m oversold on a production gig. There’s always one red flag during he interview process which ultimately burns me. How do I️ avoid this?

I have a few queries, my interview was done by tagged ( recruitment firm) . Hr discussion was also done by Tagged, i never heard anything from fijtsu HR and now it's not the Fujitsu HR but taggd who is generating an offer letter on Fujitsu behalf..

Background verification docs are also shared by them .. i am bit suspicious now if it's legit

If you see an open job posting at a company you want to work for, what steps do you take to apply? I’ve been told that cold applying and making no contacts is usually not going to lead to anything, and that’s been true in my experience. But should I reach out to someone first? Should i apply and then email someone? In HR? Or someone who’d be directly supervising me? Or someone at my level? And what should i say? Thanks!

So I’m charging jobs due to unforeseen situations to another company as a assistant manager and I wanted to know is it unprofessional to turn down a job after you already accepted the offer to take another companies offer if the pay is better by $5000-?

Is it difficult landing an in-house position as only a second year corporate associate in big law? I know some people who went in-house straight out of law school and some who had no transactional background but went in-house after just a year of practice. Not having that same luck on my end.
