Tried searching and didn’t really find an answer. I’m starting at a new firm in a month and have the option to upgrade the Green Corp Amex to either Gold or Platinum. I’ll be traveling every week so I’m thinking that platinum would be worth the cost since I pay personally. My question is: can I use the benefits from the card personally even though it is a corporate card?

I don’t think it gives the same benefits as the regular Amex platinum?

Of course you can use the benefits (e.g. lounge access, points accrued, etc.) for personal use.
