Friends, I have 11+ years of experience and have been selected for a L5 Non Tech PM role. Amazon is offering me 24 base + 8 SB + 200 RSUs. I will have to relocate to South India (from Delhi) for this and probably the offer may not cater to my expenses. AM I BEING LOW BALLED ? as the HR says this is the max capping for the role.Amazon Amazon India Also, how difficult is it to apply internally and clear a L6 interview (after i join Amazon)
I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

Accenture - better tech brand and if the pay is better it’s a no brainer
Once you are done weighing the job factors... and still on the fence about $$s, consider that BCG benefits might close the $40k difference e.g. healthcare- could run $20k+ if you have a family... and the retirement contribution is 5-10% of salary+bonus (regardless of if you contribute or not) + other perks (not sure what Accenture offers but pre-covid BCG is top of range).. My 2 cent s
Thats a great perspective as well
$ wins every time

Accenture's applied intelligence offering is a market leader
Easy on the koolaid there bud
Depends on your future goals.
But without knowing, BCG GAMMA exit opps are better.
Lol I know people in both roles and surprised that the Accenture role pay better than us. Is this the Accenture AI lab in SF? Compared to the baseline DS at Gamma?

Definitely go for the role at Accenture!
Accenture is well respected in the tech space so exit opps to high profile Tech companies are likely better.

BCG hands down, will carry you further
Second BCG 5 there! In addition - OP’s Gamma team will very likely be treated as second class citizens.
Source: I’m BCG “classic”

What’s the BCG vs Accenture trajectory like?
At $120 at BCG, sounds like you’re starting below a C level, senior A? Once you make C the next year, comp is $165 base plus a bonus on top of that, so you’ll likely outpace Accenture fairly quickly plus get the name brand.
No guarantee but if you believe in your own competencies... but you’re right if OP doesn’t think they’re good enough for BCG they should take Accenture! 😜
Jokes aside, if this is NAMR business is booming and Gamma has been constantly oversold in the past few years. They need people. Unless you really s***, I’d say your chances of getting involuntarily transitioned are pretty low...
