Some people go to an allergist and get help, and it works for them.
Have a friend that swears balloon in the nose changed her life.
I tried the first, 2nd sounds questionable to me.
I just take Benadryl these days.
I literally almost started crying today from allergies. Its crazy this year and much earlier than usual. Maybe try allerga? That helped me a lot this year and in the past.
When allergy season is in full swing, my customary routine is to stay indoors during the peak pollen hours, get a purifier, and always close my windows. I was quite grateful for that. You cannot simply purchase over-the-counter medications without first visiting a doctor's office, so getting medical advice is obviously necessary.
I found a new OTC allergy medicine, Zyzal. It helps with about 75% of my symptoms.
I've started using a air purifier at night and I put essential oils in it to help add to my respiratory relief while sleeping. Also lots of soup to clear out my senses!
We all live in what’s called allergy alley. The alley bring begins north of Austin and all it is made of are allergens, mold and pollen coming down this huge alleyway. Basically almost on I 35 and my deepest apologies for everybody who’s allergic.
I seriously was dying of allergies weeks ago.
Change your air filter.
Consume local Honey.
Go to H‑E‑B and buy Region Allergy Drops
Switch between Zyrtec/Allegra in the daytime and Benadryl at night.
Dust your entire house and everything around you.
The only way I know that's fully effective is to stay inside at all times. I'd rather go stir crazy than live on antihistamines and be drowsy all the time.
Oh gosh the pollen is really getting to me this year! Keeping the windows closed and running an air purifier helps me a lot. I also take a few preventive allergy medicine every day which helps me stay ahead of the symptoms.
