Ugh, I'm going to rant for a second, we have meetings at 8:00 a.m. every day, which is bad enough, but 9 out of 10 times, we are about to wrap up these useless meetings this one girl has to open her mouth and ask a question or make a comment that adds at least 10 to 20 minutes to these meetings. My boss (atty) is so disorganized! I’ve been with him 6 months and he’s having a hard time delegating, sharing info and managing deadlines. I’ve organized the caseload to manage the deadlines. He says he wants me to help with discovery but when I offer to start on one, he says he needs to do it. (Since he might have to present as evidence) When I give him deadlines and ask for the docs he says he’ll get to it. It’s a small 1 man firm, and I’m the first assistant besides his wife. Hi I'm curious what's the average salary for a brand manager in NYC (CPG/Food industry) with 3 yrs of experience?

Currently at an agency interviewing for client side. Next round is with brand managers- what type of questions would you ask/ skills would you want from the brand side when working with a media manager?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else.
