Um hi, the recruiters I’ve been talking to think my day rate is too high for a mid level AD. But also they have been recruiters at staffing agencies so I kinda don’t trust their judgement. I know this is repeatedly asked on here but what is normal for freelance hourly rate, mid level AD in NY?
