Is there any criteria to spend minimum period in the company to request for onsite opportunity in CTS? Also, will there be onsite opportunity for an associate-projects?

Had my interview on 12th Feb evening. The same day late night I got an email asking to upload the Application form( Completed the same on 13th Feb). Can I understand only HR discussion pending for me? If yes how much time will it take for me to get the HR call.

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. It’s been two weeks since and complete radio silence. I sent an email to a hiring manager a week ago but received no reply. It’s August so people could be on vacation but this is really strange. I really just want a new job and I think I’ll have more luck passing the interviews for smaller companies than the big ones.
