Hi there! Interviewing w/Amazon for a non-tech role (Associate Category Manager aka Associate Buyer) and was asked what my salary requirements are for base+bonus+equity. Can anyone share insight on what Amazonians make in this role. I have 4 YOE and glassdoor is not very helpful.
Any feedback is appreciated 🙏 Amazon
Anyone recently received a tax manager offer from EY ? I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

Don’t reach out to partner. You have a response, be patient. People have day jobs and it is not unusual
...and hiring is super slowed down across the industry right now.
To answer your two questions directly, one, it is not explicitly a sign of waitlist. It could mean waitlist, it could mean that the partners really have not had a chance to talk, it could mean that your particular office is waiting to speak to all of the applicants before making any offers, or it could be that they have made some offers but not all, and it’s not a waitlist but it’s also not an immediate yes. In other words, you can’t read anything into it.
In terms of reaching out to the partner for a status update, no, I would not do that. As noted in other responses, you have an answer and the next step. The only outreach I might consider making is if it were really true that Bain is your first choice, and you would accept an offer more or less on the spot, you could convey that To the recruiter and or to the partner. It probably would not make a difference either way, but at the margin, knowing that they would not have to invest in getting you to sign might make them look slightly more favorably on you than someone they thought would be a fight. Definitely do not lie about this though.
Agree it is not unusual, I know a person that waited 3 week for the final feedback and received the offer
And should I directly reach out to a Partner and ask or would that be not a wise idea?
Not wise
