Hiii everyone

I got an offer letter from Wipro. I accepted it and on Friday i attended induction call via my gmail. As friday was my joining.
In the induction call they told that i ll be receiving my employee id etc on the same day.
But since then i havent yet received my ad id and password.
Recruiter is asking me to wait.
Does it take this long to generate employee id? Its been 4-5 days.

Any advice for asking about work/life balance in job interviews without coming off as lazy or unreliable?

I put in crazy hours for my first 5 years in the industry, and it burned me out. I’m hoping to find an agency or brand that has decent creative opportunities but still respects boundaries. Does that even exist?

I’m also considering giving up on working at a “cool” place in exchange for only working 40 hours/week (and finding creative fulfillment outside of my main career).
