Guys, Off the topic !
I bought a flat, but it didn't come with 4 wheeler parking, so I had to park on the street outside the apartment. However, the builder still has three closed parking spaces available. Could anyone recommend a negotiated price or a percentage off the flat rate for covered parking?
Thanks.

A cluttered dining room table in the breakfast nook. I have a tiny home. My teenager is on the other side on his laptop. Since he's going into high school and in advanced math, we're going to clear it out so he can spread out. I need little space with only my laptop. I also work onsite, flex maybe 50%, but even having a larger desktop screen in my cube, I still tend to work on my laptop from various labs.
Oh man that seems stressful
Honestly OP it depends. Most of the time I work in my office just because it is more ergonomic and I feel like I am more productive in there. However there are definitely times that I relocate to the couch or sometimes sit in my dining room working. It honestly just depends on how I feel in that moment.
Or how motivated you are haha
I move around so it varies on the day or my mood at different times of the days. I do try to avoid working from my bed to much because I was worried not leaving my bed all day was bad for my mental and physical health. But I have a table on wheels I can work off of on my couch, sometimes I work from my dining room table or kitchen counter. Other times, I work from my home office. I know I should use the office more because I rented a bigger apartment so I could have an office.
Oh I’ve never worked from bed. I need to separate work and my sanctuary
I have a home office that I'm still furnishing and tend to stick to it if there's a singular big project to focus on. A lot of the time I work from my bed or couch instead because comfort. I have no desire to use a co-working space even if it was free to use.
Bed is no good. You should try to change that.
I have an office in my home! I just bought a new home recently and made sure to have an extra bedroom.
New home, in this economy… HA
I definitely need a proper set up free of distractions. So definitely a home office
Agreed but the couch calls my name sometimes. Did your company help furnish your office?
I have a desk, but recently bought a cheap portable monitor and work from a table outside when it’s nice
Which one? Can you link it?
I work at the desk at home in our spare bedroom. I used to work on the couch but it was too comfy and before I knew it I would knock out on accident. I have two monitors that I connect to my laptop and have a comfy chair so now it’s the ideal set up
A comfy chair is super important
Office for sure
Does your company give you money to furnish a home office?
